Pattern Plates
Renco Machine carries a full line of DISA style plates. We maintain over 60 different type plates in stock. We provide pattern plates for Waupaca Foundry, Neenah Foundry, Brillion Iron Works, Grede Foundry, and many others. Stock plates are normally available for immediate delivery. Renco Machine also has the ability to manufacture pattern plates to your specific specifications in a timely manner.
All of Renco’s pattern plates are manufactured on-site using Class 35 grey iron. They are stress relieved and blanchard ground to within .005 on thickness, flat within .005, and parallel within .002. We maintain a high degree of precision throughout the machining process. Quality is assured through an inspection process that includes Trained Professional Inspectors and the use of Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine. Renco Machine is ISO 9001:2008 Certified.
We also carry a large inventory of pattern plate hardware such as, hanger bars, bushings, lockdown bolts, wear strips, etc. We also have the ability to manufacture hardware to fit your specific needs.
Foundry Products
We have a large inventory of foundry machine replacement parts such as, side clamps, pressure rails, capping strips, bushings, piston rods, etc. We have the ability to manufacture a wide variety of parts to your specifications.
Our facilities have the capability to repair a multitude of parts. We currently repair or manufacture swing yokes, piston rods, bushing assemblies, and many other parts for various foundries throughout the United States.
We also have the ability to manufacture a large variety of foundry machine components and assemblies based on your specifications. We have a facility dedicated to assembly of components staffed with quality experienced personnel.
